The world of Cabinet 109: a story of trust

The history of Cabinet 109 began in 2004, when it was founded by two lawyers from prestigious firms, Maître Giangiulio and Maître Bodson. Initially focused on intellectual property law, our expertise quickly diversified.

In 2006, we added a specialisation in tax law to our range of services. Over the years, we have cultivated a key philosophy: excellence in our chosen fields. Each lawyer has developed their own area of expertise, ensuring unrivalled quality of service and optimum results for our clients.
